The Directorate of Finance ensures transparency and integrity in managing the Authority’s finances. It prepares financial reports in line with South Sudan’s public finance laws.

The Directorate of Corporate Affairs manages communication and public relations for the NCA, promoting stakeholder engagement and ensuring timely, accurate dissemination.

The Directorate of Research and Planning conducts research and strategic planning to support informed decision-making, ensuring NCA’s policies align with its long-term goals.

The Directorate of Administration & Logistics oversees administrative operations, maintenance, and logistics. Its mission is to ensure institutional integrity through quality service delivery.
