Overview
The Directorate of Corporate Affairs serves as the central communication and public relations hub of the National Communication Authority (NCA) of South Sudan. It plays a strategic role in building and maintaining the Authority's reputation through consistent, transparent, and effective communication.
The directorate is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that keep the public, stakeholders, and media informed about the NCA’s policies, initiatives, and regulatory actions. It manages public engagement, press releases, media relations, and digital communication channels, including the Authority's website and social media platforms.
It also ensures that information disseminated is accurate, timely, and aligned with the NCA’s vision and goals. By promoting awareness and understanding of the Authority’s work, the directorate helps build trust and encourage collaboration between the NCA and its stakeholders.
Additionally, the Directorate of Corporate Affairs supports internal communication, organizes public events, and oversees branding and corporate identity, contributing to a unified and professional image of the Authority.
