Biography

Director General Rizig Dominic Samuel carries with him a notable background in public service and high-level leadership. Before his role at the NCA, he worked in the Office of the President as the Chief of State Protocol and Executive Director. He showcased outstanding skills in administration, management, and organization. His vast experience in government operations and coordination uniquely equips him to guide the NCA toward improved regulatory efficiency, reinforced sector governance, and a progressive digital transformation plan for South Sudan.
