Biography

Mr. Dada Isaac Lemi is the current Director of Administration and Logistics at the National Communication Authority. He supports the Director General on Resources Management and Planning particularly Assets and Inventory as well as logistical, general operations, security and safety matters.

Before joining the Government 2007, Mr. Dada was a Teacher, a community Youth Leader, and an entrepreneur. After joining government, he grew through the ranks to a management level. Mr. Dada was one of the long-serving Executive Secretaries at the former Ministry of Peace and CPA Implementation (Undersecretary), Ministry of Telecoms and Postal Services (Deputy Minister), Executive Director in the office of the Director General at NCA and Deputy Director of Administration and Finance (a Grade 3 position) before assuming his current position at the NCA as Director of Administration and Logistics (a Grade 2 position). He is also a board member of one of the national NGOs and CBOs in South Sudan. He has been a focal point to numerous regional and international organizations including East Africa Communications Organization (EACO), Smart Africa Initiative etc. Representing the Regulator (NCA).

Mr. Dada holds a Master in Economic Development and Policy Analysis (MAED), a Master in Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor in Development Studies (DvS) and a Diploma in International Relations and Management (IRM). He also gained professional training and certifications in Peace and Conflict Management (PCM), Project Planning and Management (PPM), Public Procurement, and Contracts Management (PPCM).

In his leisure time, Mr. Dada prefers reading books and listening to business stories.
