Mr. Dut Acol de Dut is the Director for Spectrum Management at the National Communication Authority. He is responsible for managing and regulating the radio frequency spectrum in the Republic of South Sudan.

He exhibits extensive experience in the telecommunication industry from reputable companies in the United States of America. Mr. Dut holds a Masters and Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States of America with over 20 years’ experience in the ICT discipline.

In his leisure time, he likes to participate in sports, travel and listen to music
