Eng. Yine Yenki Nyika is a Member of the National Communication Authority of South Sudan. She is also the Head of Department of Computer Science and an assistant lecturer at the University of Juba.

She is a civil society activist affiliated with Defy Hate Now, as well as a co-founder of GO-GIRLS-ICT Initiative which works with female university students in creating functional embedment of ICT in their daily life. Yine holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
